Two ARVIA Smartboard ARV200 units, paired with ARV S57 portable stands and OPS i5 PCs, were supplied as part of a Back to School Promo.

Efficient Supply and Delivery Model to Sabah

This engagement was managed as a supply-only project, allowing IPG Keningau’s internal team to handle the installation. Arvia Solutions ensured the smartboards and components were packaged securely and shipped via GDEX Air from headquarters to Sabah. Despite not being an on-site installation, quality assurance remained a priority. Setup documentation—complete with configuration diagrams and usage manuals—was provided to guide the installation process. Additionally, remote support was offered, making expert assistance accessible during implementation. This hybrid model proved both cost-effective and practical for institutions with in-house IT capabilities.

From initial power-up to WiFi configuration and software setup, IPG’s IT staff had direct access to guidance that minimized disruption and ensured smooth activation.
