IT Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software including servers, networks, digital signage, and interactive technologies
- Deploy LED displays, interactive smartboards and similar solutions for clients
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure including firewalls and VPNs
- Document processes and provide training to clients
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols
- Experience with digital signage or interactive technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and virtualization tools
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+ certifications preferred

AV Technician
AV Technician
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/projection equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment (displays, sound systems, video conferencing)
- Troubleshoot and resolve AV technical issues
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure optimal working condition
- Train end-users on effective use of audio-visual equipment
- Document all technical issues in incident management system
- Identify upgrading needs for new AV systems and tools
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in AV systems installation, configuration, maintenance
- Experience with projectors, control systems, TV panels, high-end speakers
- Electronics repairing skills preferred

Sales Executive
The Role
Arvia Solutions Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our hardware & software products and solutions. This role is critical in expanding our market presence and driving the success of our proprietary digital solutions. The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop a solid understanding of all our products, hardware & software including the BIZCORE system to deliver persuasive and solution-oriented sales presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Director
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Development and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and implementation success
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular performance reports
- Represent the company at networking events, industry expos, and client meetings to promote SaaS products
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales & marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of SME business needs and ability to propose tailored solutions
- Mature, confident, and professional with a proactive sales attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are a plus
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field is preferred

Arvia operates on a 5-day work week:

We observe all gazetted Malaysian public holidays.

Most of our roles are office-based at our Puchong headquarters to support:
