In June 2019, BPG approached us with the objective of improving their internal and external communication processes. Their team recognized the importance of modernizing their communication methods to match the pace of today’s dynamic, information-driven environment. The goal was to ensure that important announcements, real-time updates, educational information, and event highlights could be delivered seamlessly and effectively to both staff and visitors at their premises. This need was especially significant, given BPG’s central role in organizing training programs, workshops, seminars, and continuous professional development activities for educators throughout the country.

To address their requirements, we designed and delivered a comprehensive digital signage solution that included state-of-the-art media players and an intuitive digital signage software platform. The system was built to be scalable, easy to manage, and user-friendly—empowering BPG’s team to create, update, and schedule multimedia content without requiring technical expertise. The flexibility of the system allowed for customization and ensured that the messages delivered were always relevant and timely.

Our project

Our project began with a detailed site assessment to determine the most strategic locations for installing the digital displays. Working hand in hand with BPG’s facilities and IT teams, we deployed the displays in key high-traffic areas, including the main lobby, hallways, training rooms, waiting areas, and other commonly used spaces. This strategic placement ensured maximum visibility, engagement, and effectiveness of the content being displayed.

With this solution, BPG gained the ability to broadcast a wide variety of content—from real-time alerts and reminders to internal news, motivational quotes, educational resources, and promotional materials for upcoming events. The implementation not only reduced manual communication efforts but also ensured consistency in messaging across the organization. This shift toward a centralized and digital communication platform marked a significant leap forward in operational efficiency.
