This prestigious institution, established in 1963, holds the distinction of being the first boarding school in Kedah and has consistently maintained its status as a center of academic excellence for more than five decades.

Sekolah Menengah Sultan Abdul Halim (SMSAH)—also known as Jenan—has a proud legacy of producing some of the nation’s top scholars. Recognized as one of Malaysia’s premier fully residential schools (SBP), SMSAH is committed to upholding the highest standards of education. The school emphasizes a well-rounded learning experience that combines academic excellence with character building and digital literacy.
To remain ahead of the curve in 21st-century education, SMSAH aimed to introduce interactive teaching tools that would foster a more engaging, collaborative, and technologically advanced classroom environment. The management recognized that traditional teaching methods alone may not be enough to meet the needs of today’s digitally native students.
The Need for an Interactive Smartboard Solution
The school was in search of a user-friendly, affordable, and high-performance interactive smartboard solution that could enrich the teaching and learning process. Their goal was clear: provide teachers with the right tools to deliver multimedia-based lessons, conduct interactive activities, and accommodate various learning styles within a single platform.
Our team responded to this requirement by proposing two units of the Smartboard ARV100-75, which is designed specifically for educational environments. Each unit comes with Android 8 and Windows 10 Operating Systems, supported by Intel i5 processors, 8GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD. This combination ensures seamless operation, fast response time, and ample storage capacity for multimedia content and educational applications.
Smooth Installation and On-Site Training
The interactive smartboard installation was completed in June 2022, with our technical experts managing the setup from start to finish. We ensured that every step—from system mounting and calibration to software configuration—was executed with precision and minimal disruption to school activities.
To empower the teaching staff, we provided on-site, hands-on training sessions, covering all essential features of the smartboard. Educators were taught how to navigate both Android and Windows platforms, switch between teaching modes, annotate in real time, and integrate online learning resources into their lessons. Our team ensured that the school staff felt confident and fully equipped to use the smartboard technology effectively.

Since deployment, the interactive smartboards have had a transformative impact on the school’s learning environment.
