Arvia Solutions is proud to support Kolej Vokasional Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah (SHAS) in Kuala Lipis, Pahang, through the deployment of six units of the ARV600-65H01 AI Smartboard. This large-scale installation strengthens the institution’s commitment to enhancing vocational learning with modern digital tools.
Each Smartboard comes equipped with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, offering fast, smooth, and reliable performance for technical lessons and workshop demonstrations. The system is further enhanced with six OPS i5 modules, each offering 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD to support demanding educational applications.
This initiative reflects KV SHAS’s forward-thinking approach to integrating advanced technology that improves teaching quality, strengthens student engagement, and supports specialised technical programmes such as welding and mechanical studies.
High-Performance Hardware Designed for Technical Learning
The ARV600 series delivers high-speed operation and instant responsiveness, enabling instructors to run heavy visuals, simulations, and technical diagrams without delays. Its ai smartboard capabilities ensure lessons run smoothly even during content-intensive sessions.

Technology Deployment & Smart Digital Tools Setup
Arvia Solutions completed the installation and configuration of all six Smartboards across classrooms and workshop areas. Each unit was integrated with Arvia DMS, Transcreen wireless sharing, and an AI Camera for auto-tracking and hybrid learning.
These tools allow lecturers to share screens effortlessly, annotate diagrams in real-time, and engage students through interactive content. The wireless sharing feature also makes it easy for students and instructors to present from their devices.
A Zoom Meeting demonstration was conducted to introduce remote learning capabilities, supporting online workshops, industry sharing sessions, and inter-campus collaborations.
AI-Driven Capabilities for Enhanced Teaching Delivery
The ai smartboard includes intelligent features such as smart writing recognition, auto-framing, and voice tracking. These functions help lecturers deliver clear, precise lessons without manual adjustments.

Arvia Solutions conducted comprehensive training to ensure every instructor could confidently use the Smartboard’s features. The session covered annotation tools, AI capabilities, presentation workflows, and interactive teaching methods.
Training was tailored to real classroom scenarios, such as presenting welding steps, mechanical diagrams, and workshop safety procedures. This hands-on approach helped lecturers apply the technology directly to their daily lessons.
The training ensured that KV SHAS educators are equipped to maximise the full potential of the Smartboard system.
Completion Summary and Operational Readiness
All six AI Smartboards were delivered, installed, configured, and tested successfully. Each unit is now fully operational and ready for daily use in both theoretical and workshop environments.
The installation includes a 3-year warranty for the Smartboard and OPS module, ensuring long-term reliability and support for the institution. These digital upgrades significantly improve classroom interactivity and teaching efficiency.
