About SAHOCA and Its Legacy
SAHOCA is a prestigious alumni association with a rich and inspiring history. The association consists of former students of Sultan Abdul Hamid College, many of whom are now prominent figures in Malaysia. Among their members are nationalists, country builders, parliamentarians, and Malaysian peacekeepers. Their influence spans across national development, leadership, and education. As such, being selected as their technology provider is not only a privilege but also a recognition of our ability to deliver solutions to organizations of national importance.
The Challenge: Enhancing Presentation and Collaboration
Before engaging us, SAHOCA faced a common challenge experienced by many modern organizations — the need to make presentations and collaborative sessions more interactive, engaging, and seamless. Traditional tools such as basic projectors or Smart TVs no longer supported their expectations for real-time engagement or smooth content sharing. With diverse professional members often participating in meetings, SAHOCA sought a solution that was easy to use, efficient, and future-ready.
The Solution: Interactive Smartboard and Wireless Collaboration
To meet SAHOCA’s goals, we implemented the Arvia Interactive Smartboard ARV100-65, an all-in-one, PC-less interactive panel. This advanced smartboard features a 65-inch LCD display, multi-touch functionality, and embedded smartboard software that allows users to annotate, present, and interact with content effortlessly. Whether used for corporate meetings or educational purposes, this device enables intuitive and engaging sessions without the hassle of external hardware.
Complementing this was the installation of our Wireless Presentation & Collaboration System. This technology empowers users to connect and share content from any device — whether it’s a smartphone, laptop, or tablet — without any cables. It creates a seamless experience where multiple participants can present and collaborate in real time, enhancing productivity and ensuring everyone stays engaged.
Interactive Smartboard Deployment Completed in 2019
We are proud to share that the project was successfully completed in November 2019. From installation to system configuration and user training, every phase of the deployment was handled with attention to detail and professionalism. Post-installation, we received glowing feedback from SAHOCA regarding the ease of use and the improved quality of their meetings and events.
