This upgrade included the integration of an interactive smartboard, high-quality AV systems, and smart automation tools.

At the heart of the solution is the ARV400 AV system, seamlessly integrated with the ARV-VC45 PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera. This professional-grade camera captures full HD video and automatically tracks the active speaker, making virtual meetings more lifelike.

The smart tracking capability ensures clear visuals and improved communication during hybrid meetings, reflecting PKCH’s commitment to modernizing its business communication standards.

 Interactive Smartboard Delivers Real-Time Meeting Engagement

The inclusion of a high-resolution interactive smartboard has transformed the way PKCH manages its presentations and meetings. This smartboard allows users to annotate, collaborate, and navigate multimedia content effortlessly.

Smart AV Integration with PTZ Camera and Monitor Lift

To ensure flexibility and a clutter-free workspace, Arvia installed the ARV-ML156 motorized monitor lift system. This system lets presenters easily raise or retract monitors depending on the presentation format or room setup.

It not only enhances the aesthetics of the meeting room but also enables presenters to transition between content displays efficiently without distraction.

Interactive Smartboard Training for PKCH Staff

To accommodate all attendees, non-touch secondary displays were installed throughout the meeting room. These monitors ensure everyone, regardless of seat location, can clearly view the main interactive smartboard content.

This thoughtful design supports equal participation and ensures no one is left out of critical information or visuals during meetings.

From Installation to Training: A Complete Service

Arvia Solutions provided end-to-end services—from delivery and hardware installation to software setup and user onboarding. After the system was fully configured, our team conducted on-site training with the staff of Perbadanan Kemajuan Cameron Highlands (PKCH).

Staff learned to operate the interactive smartboard, manage PTZ camera functions, control the monitor lift, and handle multi-screen management, ensuring immediate readiness for daily use.
