The goal was to enhance surveillance and data visibility across multiple project sites. Their vision included real-time video feeds from AI-powered CCTVs, instant detection of safety incidents, and the ability to monitor operations from anywhere. Additionally, Petronas required a mini videowall capable of displaying PowerBI dashboards, which visualize critical operational data in real time.

The Solution: 75″ Smartboard ARV100 + Polywall Software

Arvia Solutions delivered a comprehensive and future-proof solution centered on the 75″ Smartboard ARV100. Known for its sharp display quality, advanced touchscreen interface, and integration flexibility, the ARV100 model was ideal for the dynamic requirements of Petronas PD&T/HSE. Four units were installed across three strategic locations:

• KLCC (Petronas HQ)
• Petronas Chemical Fertilizer Kedah (PCFK) – Project Sahara

Each Smartboard was paired with Polywall—a robust command center software. Polywall enabled the Smartboards to function as dynamic videowalls, capable of splitting into four display windows to show live CCTV feeds, dashboards, and command visuals simultaneously.
