To elevate the efficiency and engagement of its services, TIC Kelantan launched a digital transformation initiative aimed at improving how information is disseminated to tourists. The project focused on the supply and commissioning of vertical touchscreen kiosks, which would allow visitors to access information in a more interactive, accessible, and visually appealing format.

As part of this forward-thinking approach, Arvia Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was appointed to design and deliver a complete digital solution that includes both hardware and software. The main goal was to offer a modern, user-centric system that supports TIC’s mission to be an innovative and informative tourism hub. With the new kiosks in place, tourists can now easily explore a wealth of tourism-related content including points of interest, events, cultural facts, dining spots, accommodations, and local arts—all through an engaging digital interface.

Scope of Work and Items Supplied

Under the scope of this project, Arvia Solutions supplied and commissioned two models of floor-standing touchscreen kiosks, each tailored for optimal usage within public spaces. The units deployed are:

  • FLR103 – 49-Inch Floor Standing Touch Kiosk

  • FLR100 – 43-Inch Floor Standing Touch Kiosk

These vertically designed kiosks were strategically installed within the TIC premises for high visibility and easy access by visitors of all ages. They are constructed with commercial-grade components to ensure durability and long-term reliability in high-traffic areas. Both units are powered by integrated digital signage software that provides the flexibility to manage, schedule, and display content remotely.

To support the digital transformation of tourism services in Kelantan, Israk Solutions is proud to deliver a cutting-edge Touchscreen Kiosk Solution to the Pusat Penerangan Pelancongan Negeri Kelantan (Tourist Information Center – TIC).
