Kementerian Kemajuan Desa dan Wilayah (KKDW) has taken a decisive step in its modernization journey by enhancing its audiovisual capabilities. Partnering with Israk Solutions Sdn Bhd, KKDW has successfully implemented a range of state-of-the-art digital display tools at its Bahagian Teknologi Maklumat in Putrajaya. This initiative aligns with the ministry’s strategic goal of improving communication, digital signage, and internal collaboration across departments.

The collaboration focused on equipping KKDW with three core audiovisual components:

• Arvia Flip Touch Interactive Display
• High-Performance Media Player
• MON100 Non-Touch 32-Inch Display

Each device was chosen for its reliability, clarity, and seamless integration capabilities, aiming to elevate the ministry’s internal workflows and external presentations.

Arvia Flip Touch: The Heart of Interactivity

At the center of the audiovisual upgrade is the Arvia Flip Touch Interactive Display. This smartboard-style solution provides an intuitive touchscreen interface perfect for real-time collaboration. Users can annotate directly on the screen, navigate documents, draw diagrams, and engage in group discussions with greater ease. The device is optimized for:

• Internal meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Workshops and training programs
• Presentations to external stakeholders

Equipped with versatile software and media format support, the Arvia Flip Touch simplifies access to essential tools and enhances digital interactions. This all-in-one smartboard solution also integrates well with common office software like Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other third-party conferencing apps, allowing for a seamless hybrid work environment. Its compatibility with cloud storage platforms further supports on-the-go access to files, making it ideal for government operations that require agility and information accuracy.

Advanced Media Player for Content Control

To streamline multimedia management, KKDW integrated a dedicated Media Player with the displays. This high-performance device supports HD video playback and content synchronization across screens. Whether for staff announcements or training visuals, the media player enhances content distribution and display uniformity. Its seamless compatibility with both interactive and non-touch displays makes it a valuable addition to the ministry’s audiovisual toolkit. Moreover, the media player is designed to handle a wide range of multimedia formats, ensuring smooth playback without lags or compatibility issues. It supports auto-looping content, scheduled playlists, and remote management, making it a vital tool for centralized communication.

MON100: Reliable Digital Signage

Complementing the interactive smartboard is the MON100 32-Inch Non-Touch Display. This full-HD screen is engineered for informational display purposes such as:

• Internal digital notices
• Visitor information
• Event and scheduling updates

While it doesn’t support touchscreen functions, the MON100 excels in visual clarity, durability, and energy efficiency, making it perfect for passive communication zones. Its low power consumption and sleek, compact design make it suitable for continuous use in lobbies, corridors, or other key zones that require consistent message broadcasting without technical interruptions.

Training for Content Display Management System (CDMS)

Recognizing that hardware alone is not enough, Israk Solutions conducted comprehensive, on-site training for KKDW’s staff on how to utilize the self-hosted Content Display Management System (CDMS). The training focused on practical skills such as:

• Uploading content (text, images, videos)
• Scheduling display times
• Managing multiple screens from a central dashboard

With this knowledge, KKDW staff now have full autonomy over their digital content, enabling them to react swiftly to communication needs and update information without relying on third-party support. In addition, the CDMS platform supports content grouping, template customization, and real-time performance analytics, empowering the ministry to evaluate the effectiveness of their internal communications and adjust strategies accordingly.

Professional Audiovisual Installation and Collaboration

The success of this project also stemmed from meticulous planning and execution. Israk Solutions ensured:
