Arvia Solutions is pleased to announce the successful completion of a digital upgrade project for Lembaga Peperiksaan, located at Sektor Pengurusan (SP), Aras 1, 2, 5-13, Blok E11, Parcel E, Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan Persekutuan, Putrajaya. Delivered on 12 June 2025, this project reinforces Arvia’s commitment to public sector digitalization. Strengthening Digital Infrastructure for Public Institutions
The project involved a comprehensive technology deployment aimed at modernizing collaboration, training, and communication within the Lembaga Peperiksaan office. Two units of ARV200_65” Interactive Smartboards were installed to enable seamless digital content delivery during briefings, workshops, and internal meetings. These smartboards support multi-touch interaction, wireless connectivity, and app-based engagement, providing a flexible solution for both educational and administrative uses.Enhancing Virtual Connectivity with Advanced Video Conferencing
As part of the bundled solution, Arvia Solutions also supplied two sets of ARV_VC1702 Video Conferencing Systems. These units offer full HD video, crystal-clear audio, and compatibility with major conferencing platforms. Their integration alongside the smartboards supports hybrid operations, allowing Lembaga Peperiksaan to conduct virtual meetings and remote collaboration sessions effectively. This ensures continuity and efficiency across geographically distributed stakeholders.Flexible Mobility with FD1500 Stands
Each interactive smartboard was paired with a FD1500 mobile floor stand, offering mobility and flexible deployment in shared or multi-use rooms. The stands allow the smartboards to be easily repositioned without compromising stability or visibility. This feature is particularly valuable in government offices where space optimization is crucial and meeting rooms are frequently repurposed.
