Kementerian Sumber Asli dan Kelestarian Alam Enhances AV Infrastructure with Arvia Solutions

Central to the deployment was the ARV200-86″ interactive smartboard, a high-performance 86” display powered by an OPS i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD—ensuring smooth processing for presentations, virtual meetings, and interactive sessions. Complementing the smartboard was the ARV5800 Android system, offering fast access to Android apps and smart display features directly on the panel. This dual-system capability allows users the flexibility of switching between Windows and Android environments, depending on the task at hand.

Supporting Collaboration with Portable and Smart Display Tools

The installation also included the TD1655 ViewSonic 16″ Touch Portable Monitor, designed to offer additional screen space for multitasking, note sharing, or extending visual presentations. Its HDMI input and touch functionality make it ideal for hybrid meeting setups, command rooms, or portable briefing stations. This component gives the Ministry additional flexibility in day-to-day operations, particularly for traveling officers or mobile workstations within the building.

Advanced Conferencing Experience with Camera and Microphone System

To enhance video conferencing quality, Arvia equipped the Ministry with the ARV-VC45 PTZ camera, known for its full HD clarity and auto-framing capabilities. This was paired with a wireless ARV WC1000 audio host system, including eight wireless microphones, ensuring crystal-clear audio during online meetings and webinars. The setup supports multiple speakers in large rooms while maintaining echo cancellation and background noise reduction—ideal for formal discussions, stakeholder meetings, or inter-department coordination.

Seamless Installation and Hands-On Training

Arvia’s technical team managed the entire deployment process—from hardware setup to configuration and testing—at Kompleks F, Presint 1, Putrajaya. A full training session followed, where ministry personnel were guided through operating the smartboard, handling the conferencing equipment, and troubleshooting common issues. The onboarding was tailored to the users’ workflow, ensuring fast adaptation and maximizing the return on investment from day one.

The project was delivered and commissioned before the scheduled payment deadline of 13 July 2025, showcasing Arvia’s dedication to efficient execution and client satisfaction.
