Delivering the Arvia Interactive Smartboard ARV100-86

After evaluating their needs, we proposed and delivered the Arvia Interactive Smartboard ARV100-86, an advanced solution specifically designed for enterprise use. The 86-inch 4K UHD display ensured excellent clarity, even in large rooms, making it ideal for detailed presentations, technical data sharing, and video content.

To enhance mobility and ergonomics, the smartboard was mounted on the TS100-BLK stand, a strong and secure structure that allowed PTSB to move and position the device with ease. Additionally, we integrated the NovoCast Wireless Presentation and Collaboration System, which provided a seamless experience for wireless screen sharing from multiple devices—crucial in facilitating quick, cable-free discussions.

Interactive Smartboard Features That Drive Productivity

The interactive smartboard we delivered came equipped with intuitive software that includes annotation tools, screen recording, and whiteboarding functions. This allowed PTSB team members to draw, write, and highlight directly on the screen during discussions, leading to greater engagement and clarity.

Its 20-point multi-touch capability enabled multiple participants to interact simultaneously, encouraging collaboration in real time. The NovoCast system allowed presenters to switch between devices smoothly—whether from laptops, smartphones, or tablets—without interruptions or complicated setups.

This interactive and wireless environment not only streamlined the meeting process but also increased the level of participation and feedback from attendees.

Transformational Impact on PTSB’s Meetings and Operations

The adoption of the interactive smartboard brought immediate benefits to PTSB’s operations. Internal strategy sessions, client meetings, and technical reviews became more efficient, engaging, and collaborative. Visualizing complex data, annotating live documents, and capturing meeting notes digitally became the new norm—replacing old-fashioned whiteboards and static slideshows.

Staff found the interface easy to use, which meant less time was spent on learning and more time on collaborating. With the ability to save and share annotated materials instantly, follow-ups and documentation became faster and more accurate.
