AI Training Arvia Guru Media STEM Workshop at Arvia Hall

Client: KPM WP Putrajaya
Project Date: 17-Sep-2026

AI Training Arvia Guru Media STEM brought Guru Media and Guru STEM under Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) to Arvia Hall, Wisma Arvia, for a hands-on workshop titled Bengkel Pemerkasaan AI: Sinergi Kreativiti Masa Hadapan. The session focused on practical AI creativity skills, from generating images and video with AI prompts to building learning games aligned with KPM’s teaching format.

Why the Workshop Was Needed

Guru Media and Guru STEM are increasingly expected to produce creative, AI-assisted teaching materials, from classroom visuals to event videos, but many had not had a structured, hands-on session to practise these tools directly. Watching a tutorial video only goes so far when a teacher needs to actually generate a usable image, video or learning game for their own classroom the following week.

The workshop’s title, Sinergi Kreativiti Masa Hadapan, reflects that goal directly: bringing Guru Media and Guru STEM together in one room so creative content skills and STEM-aligned teaching tools could be practised side by side, rather than treated as two separate specialisations that rarely overlap in training.

What the Workshop Covered

The Arvia team walked Guru Media and Guru STEM through several practical AI creativity skills over the course of the AI Training Arvia Guru Media STEM session at Arvia Hall.

AI Image and Video Generation

Teachers practised writing prompts to generate images with AI, then moved on to turning those same prompts into short AI-generated video clips, giving them a repeatable workflow for building classroom visuals from scratch.

AI-Generated Learning Games

Guru STEM learned how AI tools can build learning games directly, formatted to align with KPM’s teaching standards, giving teachers a faster way to create interactive classroom activities without designing a game from the ground up.

Event Montage Editing

Guru Media also practised building montaj majlis, the short highlight videos used for school events and ceremonies, learning an AI-assisted approach that speeds up editing without needing advanced video production skills.

Why AI Training Arvia Guru Media STEM Matters

Media and STEM teachers sit at the centre of how schools communicate creatively, from classroom lessons to event coverage, so giving them practical AI skills has an effect that reaches well beyond a single workshop. A teacher who can generate a usable AI image or video in minutes, rather than hours, has more time left for actual teaching and student engagement.

The skills covered also translate directly into recurring school tasks. Montaj majlis videos are needed for almost every school event, and AI-formatted learning games give Guru STEM a faster way to keep lessons engaging without spending hours building an activity from scratch each time.

This also reflects the direction Malaysia’s education sector is moving in more broadly, where practical AI literacy is becoming as relevant for teachers as it is for students. More information on national education policy direction is available on the official Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia website.

Workshop Outcome

By the end of the session at Arvia Hall, Guru Media and Guru STEM left with hands-on experience across AI image and video generation, AI-assisted learning games, and montage editing, skills they can apply directly to their own classrooms and school events. AI Training Arvia Guru Media STEM reflects how Arvia continues to support Malaysian educators with practical, usable AI skills rather than one-off exposure to the technology.

Schools and education departments interested in a similar hands-on session can learn more about Arvia’s training and solutions services, or explore the team behind them on the Arvia about us page.

Sessions like this, held at Arvia Hall in Wisma Arvia, give the Arvia team a chance to work directly with educators and understand the kind of AI tools that actually fit their day-to-day workload, which in turn shapes how future workshops for teachers are designed. Each new session builds on feedback from the last, so the practical skills covered stay closely matched to what Guru Media and Guru STEM actually need in their classrooms.
