The Challenge

Kolej Vokasional Tanjung Puteri trains students across technical fields such as automotive technology, electrical systems, electronics, welding and construction, areas where hands-on demonstration and active participation matter as much as theory. With a conventional projector setup, only one device could be displayed at a time, which made it harder for several students to present or answer questions together during a single session.

Lecturers also had to rely on cables or manual file transfers to move slides and reference photos from a phone or laptop onto the main screen, which slowed down lessons that needed to move quickly between different examples and student work.

The Solution

Working with Twin Systems Sdn Bhd, Arvia supplied and installed a Smartboard AI Arvia at Kolej Vokasional Tanjung Puteri, followed by hands-on training for lecturers and staff. With Smartboard AI Arvia KV Tanjung Puteri now part of the classroom, lessons can move between multiple devices and multiple students far more smoothly than before.

Split Screen Collaboration

Team Arvia showed lecturers how split screen turns a single lesson into a shared workspace. Two to four students can display their own screens side by side on the Smartboard AI Arvia at the same time, sharing ideas or answering questions directly instead of waiting to take turns at the front of the class.

Wireless Screen Sharing

Staff at Kolej Vokasional Tanjung Puteri were trained to share slides and content directly from a phone or laptop to the Smartboard AI Arvia without cables, controlling the display straight from their own device throughout the lesson.

Instant File Transfer

Slides, files and reference photos on a phone can be sent instantly to the Smartboard AI Arvia, so lecturers can pull up student work or technical references the moment they are needed, without pausing the lesson to search for a cable or transfer a file manually.

Why Smartboard AI Arvia KV Tanjung Puteri Matters

TVET education under the Ministry of Education places strong emphasis on practical, hands-on learning, and classroom tools that support active participation make a real difference to how students engage with technical subjects. Split screen collaboration in particular gives more students a direct role in each lesson, rather than only the lecturer or a single presenter at a time.

For lecturers, wireless screen sharing and instant file transfer also mean less time spent on setup and more time spent teaching. This is the kind of practical upgrade Arvia focuses on, technology that fits how a technical college already teaches rather than requiring lecturers to change their whole approach.

The project also reflects a growing pattern where ICT partners like Twin Systems Sdn Bhd work alongside Arvia to bring practical classroom technology into TVET institutions, supporting the wider push for more hands-on, technology-enabled learning across Malaysia’s vocational colleges.

Project Outcome

With Smartboard AI Arvia now installed, lessons at Kolej Vokasional Tanjung Puteri are noticeably more interactive and convenient for both students and lecturers. Multiple students can share ideas at once through split screen, content moves wirelessly from phone or laptop, and files transfer instantly whenever they are needed. Smartboard AI Arvia KV Tanjung Puteri reflects how the right classroom technology can make technical education more engaging without adding extra complexity for lecturers.

About Our Solution

The Smartboard AI Arvia is an interactive display built to support collaborative, hands-on classrooms. Its split screen feature lets several students share their own screens side by side at the same time, so more than one person can present or answer questions during a lesson instead of taking turns at a single presenter’s screen. Wireless screen sharing lets lecturers and students control the display directly from a phone or laptop without cables, and instant file transfer sends slides, files and photos straight to the smartboard the moment they are needed, without USB drives or manual transfers.
